 1980 Checker Marathon New York City Taxi This is a genuine Checker Motors Marathon, fully restored and coverted into a NYC style TAXI. It runs and drives with full functions, Air Conditioning, Heating, Power Steering, V6 Automatic, etc. Features foldable jump seats in the rear with seating for five in the back, Eight total (including driver). This model taxi was produced by Checker Motors from 1958 to 1982. Many of these were in service until the mid 1990's. There are currently less than 500 of these on the road today.        |
